  • Refunds for Subscription Plans: Users of our SaaS-based resume builder or any service are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchasing their subscription. To request a refund within the 30-day period, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds for API Usage Fees: Our service integrates third-party APIs to create PDFs, PNGs, and short links. Whenever you use these features, fees are deducted from your wallet balance. API usage fees are non-refundable as these are direct third-party costs incurred on your behalf. Please ensure that you monitor your Wallet balance and usage to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Wallet Balance Refunds: If you have a balance left in your Wallet and you have not used it, you may request a withdrawal. Payments spent on API usage or WhatsApp alert services activation and third-party platforms are non-refundable, as these services are activated immediately upon your request and involve costs. The remaining amount of the Wallet balance will be refunded, but may include processing fees or other applicable charges.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
    • If a user violates our Terms of Service or misuses the Platform.
    • If the refund request is made after the 30-day refund period for subscription plans.
    • If the refund request is for payments spent on third-party platforms or API usage fees and WhatsApp alert services.
