Unlocking Features: After paying the activation fee, the platform unlocks features such as resume building tools, customization options, and additional services. This fee is non-refundable, as it is tied directly to the activation process of the user's account and platform setup.
Wallet Creation: Once the platform is activated, a prepaid wallet is provided to users. The wallet allows users to deposit funds in advance for paid services and ensures seamless usage without requiring repeated payments during transactions.
Automatic Deduction: When users activate or purchase products and services, the associated fees are automatically deducted from their prepaid wallet balance. This process ensures convenience and eliminates the need for manual payment every time a feature is used.
Services Covered: Paid services include advanced resume-building tools, API integrations, WhatsApp alerts and other premium features or tools. Fees for these services are deducted directly from the wallet balance.
Third-Party API Usage: The platform integrates third-party APIs for functionalities such as generating PDFs, PNGs, and short links. These APIs involve direct costs incurred on behalf of the user, and the fees are deducted from the wallet immediately upon activation or use.
Non-Refundable Costs: Fees paid for third-party API usage and services are non-refundable, as they involve direct expenses paid to external providers.
Account Activation: A user pays INR 100 to activate their account and unlock all platform features. This fee is non-refundable and serves as a one-time setup cost.
Wallet Funding: After activation, the user deposits funds into their prepaid wallet to use paid services. For example, a user may add INR 500 to their wallet to access various services.
Service Usage and Deduction: As the user activates third party pro services like creating a PDF resume or generating a short link, the associated fee (e.g., INR 5 per PDF generation) is deducted from their wallet. If the user activates WhatsApp alerts for INR 50, this cost is also deducted.
Monitoring Wallet Balance: Users can monitor their wallet balance to ensure they have sufficient funds for future service usage and avoid interruptions.
Minimum Balance Requirement: To request a refund, the minimum wallet balance must be INR 500. Refunds below this amount are not eligible unless stated as an exception (refer below).
Exception for Remaining Balance: If the user has a remaining wallet balance (less than INR 500) and wishes to discontinue using the platform, they can request a refund for the remaining amount. Exceptions will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Transactions: Payments spent on API usage, WhatsApp alerts, or third-party services are non-refundable. Only the unused wallet balance will be refunded after deducting applicable fees.
Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.
Example: If a user has INR 500 in their wallet, the processing fee will be INR 25, and the user will receive INR 475 as the refund.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for wallet funding.

Processing: The refund amount, after deducting the 5% processing fee, will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days.
